House Rules

We look forward to having you as a guest in our home in Lake Havasu City. Below is a short list of items that will help be useful during your stay!  Check In Time: 4:00pm  First item, GPS. 

Please note when inputting the address please make sure to put in 2660 Avalon Place, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86404. There is a similar address nearby that is Avalon Plaza, and if you don’t spell it out, it can take you to the wrong address.  

A code will be issued to you for the front door and will be valid during your stay, should you have any challenges, please be sure to call us at anytime!  

Linens: There are towels and linens in the closets of each room. The extras and majority will be in the master closet. We do provide some laundry detergent that will be in the laundry room if needed.  

WIFI: The wifi password is on the counter in the Kitchen, please feel free to login, and use at your leisure.  

TVs: Please know that the tv’s in the house are all wifi, smart tv’s, and we pay for YouTubeTV, and are logged into several other services as well. Please feel free to login to what you like!  

Check-Out Instructions: Check out time is 11:00. When you are preparing to leave, please strip the beds, and throw linens, and towels in the laundry room Trash Day: Trash Day is on Friday, and they come early in the morning! 

Please place cans out Thursday night. 

Good neighbor reminder: Our neighbors are really nice, and we all have a mutual respect for one another, and have each others phone numbers. We have agreed to remind our guests that we are in a residential neighborhood and to respect volumes at night. We do not allow for parties at the house, and our house max guests is 8.  

Pets: We do not allow pets.  Disclosure: Please know that we do have security cameras on the exterior of the property, and in the garage.  

We will get you the entry code the morning of the rental, and are available should you need anything at all.
